How to request data deletion

  3. 3Click "Submit Request" — this will open an email to our team with your details pre-filled.
  4. 4Send the email. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

What data can be deleted?

• Selected data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

• Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in backups before full removal.

• Financial transaction records may be kept for legal compliance purposes.

• Your account will remain active unless you also submit an account deletion request.

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
