You must be at least 18 years of age to use Oink. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently removed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.

Gifts sent through Oink are voluntary payments from supporters to creators. They are non-refundable unless there is evidence of fraud or platform error.

Creators are responsible for declaring earnings from gifts for tax purposes in their jurisdiction. Oink does not provide tax advice.

Platform fees may apply to withdrawals. Current fee structures are displayed in the Creator Dashboard.

Oink reserves the right to withhold payments pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Impersonate other users, creators, or public figures
• Use the platform to conduct fraud, scams, or money laundering
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Post spam, automated content, or unsolicited advertising
• Share content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

All content must comply with applicable laws in England & Wales. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Community Guidelines or these Terms without notice.

By posting content, you grant Oink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform.

Creators are independent individuals, not employees of Oink. You are responsible for your content, interactions with supporters, and fulfilment of any promises made in connection with gifts received.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

Oink is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
